Copolymer PolyoxymethyleneErtacetal™ C/3WF FG POM-C (Food Grade) is a special grade polyoxymethylene copolymer acetal offering a drinking water contact compliant formulation and - being also compliant with the "3-A Sanitary Standards for Multiple-Use Plastic Materials Used as Product Contact Surfaces for Dairy Equipment" – it is also suitable for use in processing & packaging equipment of milk-based products. Due to compliance with compositional FDA 21 CFR § 177.2470 and EU 10/2011 requirements, components made from this material are used for food contact applications.
